The shop staff lacks professionalism. I came to get my hair braided/relax during my service. Not my style to hear a cussing and ratchet stories.

I have never had a bad experience when receiving services! I absolutely love coming to her and she does a great job. I get so many compliments on my hair and always get asked who does my hair.
I've been going to Lala for over two years and the service is always AMAZING! She is incredibly skilled and LISTENS to your preferences, likes, dislikes and offers opinions to questions which is super helpful if you are looking to change up your protective style.
