We had previously used Elegante Surfaces on a new build and were more than satisfied with their customer service and craftsmanship. However, we had them replace some exiting countertops and the preciseness of their granite was amazing. It fit perfectly against existing backsplash. I highly recommend them!

I have worked with multiple stone vendors and fabricators before but Elegante is the best I've ever dealt with. From the moment we walked in (we drove 1.5 hours) to post-install, they were AWESOME!. They had just the right mix of really listening to what we wanted coupled with making suggestions when I needed them. The owner is extremely deceitful and dishonest about the subpar quality of materials and craftsmanship. Cracks and flaws in materials are fixed with short term “bandaids” that only last long enough to pay off the countertops.
Christy was recommended for me to work with and she was absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and personable. I must say everyone in the showroom was very friendly and nice! The install team (3 guys) were on time, very knowledgeable and helpful. They worked very hard and did an excellent job. I am so glad that Elegante surfaces was recommended to me and am very pleased. Also, they were very competitive with their pricing because I did check that as well.
