I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the service my daughter received at this salon. During her appointment, products were used on her hair without my knowledge or consent. Whatever was applied had a strong, unpleasant smell—similar to rotten eggs—and it has caused significant damage to her natural hair. My daughter has type 4 hair, which was previously thick, long, and healthy. I only allow her hair to be blown out once or twice a year to preserve its condition. I was very pleased with the services. I got a wash set & blow. Both ladies were very courteous. Will be a regular customer.
The guys did an amazing job on my son. They take their time and make sure everything is done perfectly. You won't walk out the shop looking less than crisp
Went to Elegante in Portsmouth to get my grandson a haircut and Daniel the barber did an excellent job cutting his hair. The wait wasn’t that long. I would definitely take him the again for his next hair cut.
