Elegant Wood Floors did all the floors in our house when we bought it. It was a big job and they did a great job at a fair price. Would hire them again.
Kibby and his crew did beautiful work in our home. We were impressed with their professionalism and passion for the quality of their work. I definitely recommend him for your hardwood flooring needs.
Basically ruined their own install of plank flooring by countersinking decorative nails 3/8” (!) into 1” material in their last day. I’m a 12 year carpenter, and this kind of thing is simply careless and stupid. This effectively puts 100+ holes across the entire second floor in a brand new house. What a waste. Kibby didn’t keep to an agreed upon schedule, and was angry when the work wasn’t here for him after his own delay AND asked for more money to boot. He is lucky I didn’t ask for my money back after inspecting this work.... read more
Owner treats employees with no regard for their safety. If they suggest or state that something isn't safe they'll get fired!!! Not the kinda person I want doing anything around my place!!!
EWF restored birch flooring in my house that had been under carpet and multiple layers of linoleum with a horrible glue. I never thought but could come out well…that was 2007. 15 years later they look as good as they did the day they finished. Highly recommended!
