He took my money too. I discounted the previous customer's review from 2014 since it's been years and elsewhere someone defended him saying it was a partner's dispute. Mark Block should not be trusted and beware of this company. I would have added a photo of my new shades but he never installed any.
We paid them an $1100 deposit and Elegant Windows and Decor just took the money. Buyer beware.
