It was the worst decision to purchase our windows and exterior doors from this company for our new home. Elegant Windows and their manufactures are a joke when it come to maintaining schedule, commitments and standard correct installations. They do NOT respond to warranty calls and they do NOT assume responsibility other than passing it on to the manufactures which are worse than them.
