Let me start off by saying I had a Five Star top-tier experience from the moment I got to the Elegant Wholesale establishment. My son and I were greeted by Daniel and he was so kind in explaining to us the shopping process being that it was our first time. Wonderful and responsive employees at all hours via text! They answered all my questions in a timely manner every single time and even helped when I had freight issues which is out of their control but I appreciated the help so much! The only reason I rated 4 stars instead of 5 was because of slight misinformation with the kohls clothing pallet I purchased. I was told that it was a mix of new and returns. Best place to buy whole pallets I buy for elegant weekly have never lost on a pallet from them and dollar general they get is better than the ones competitors have around them elegant is like a second family to us they are always extremely nice to us and try to help you anytime they can always great profit from their pallets
The people working there are great. Extremely helpful and kind. Certain pallets I'd be cautious of. I recently purchase a pallet of refrigerators, deep freezers and appliances that were returned items. More than half were non working. Making the pallet a loss. We own a store selling discounted home depot products so understand there is a risk factor involved, but more than half of items not being good is a little much.
