Refreshingly fantastic! It's refreshing to walk into a salon and get a warm greeting, a handshake from the owner, and a friendly atmosphere! Elegant Twist is all of this and more. I got my nails done here -- fill, polish, and amazing hand painted design work. I will be back again and again, even though I live a half hour away. Worth the drive!
