Usually they do a great job, but this time, they dropped the ball. Customer service and arrival was good, but alternations was not on point. The dress was never ready when scheduled. When I did get the job, why did the dress fall apart during my daughter's dance. Typically, I would call and complain about it, but what could they do? The dance was over and so was I. hate this happened because I ready like their service.

I asked Ms. Vicky to alter an online ordered wedding dress and it was done quickly, accurate, and it was fairly priced. Thank you Ms. Vicky for your awesome service!

We looked everywhere to find my daughter a prom dress with no luck . When we came here we didn’t leave without the dress of her dreams. She ordered it in the correct size and the correct color my daughter was looking for it . ITS PERFECT . She even offered free alterations …she is amazing on top of having to wait for me because we live in San Angelo, she catered to our every need will definitely be coming back from my youngest daughter when she goes to prom

My cousin waited until the last minute to get her bridesmaids dress and we were stressed she'd find something we loved for her. We stopped here and the service was fantastic! Within an hour we had a dress picked out and ordered. The service was so great I'm sending the men in my family to get their suits there and taking my wedding dress to be altered.

I was gonna go to your shop after the shop next door but then you told me to move my car. Didn’t know I should find my own parking trying to browse at your shop. Gladly took my business elsewhere. If I could give zero stars I would.
