I came in one evening right before closing and thought I needed an appointment after finding this place on google, Manu was there threading brows and she was happy to take me in! When I tell you she has done my eyebrows the best I’ve ever had them done, I genuinely mean that. My brows are pretty fine due to many years of threading/waxing and the providers not getting it right. Very disappointed. I have been a customer for over 5 years and the owner knows it. While I waited for over 45 mins to get my eyebrows done but had to leave, and explaining I would have to come back she never offered to schedule an appointment for me. Did not show to care, easiest way to loose a customer.
A lady here was rude n rough threading my eyebrows. left them red.
