I went this morning for clean my eyebrows, she did a whole another shape and she trimmed my eyebrows, now it looks like I have some bald spots in the middle of my eyebrows I always had a lot of hair and it didn’t had any spot with no one hair, now it looks like half of my eyebrow have no hair I can’t stop crying, I just notice because I was in a rush and I didn’t really pay attention to it in that moment. They did me so wrong I’m never coming back,
Had to leave without service. Every time, I visit, I only ever see one lady working, and it this place often seems understaffed.
10/10 super sweet and did an amazing job will definitely be back!
