Owner was on her blackberry the entire time... After a recent visit to Elegant Rose I know I will never go there again. I arrived and after thirty minutes was the only person in the store aside from the owner. I was visibly waiting to speak with her in the time we were the only two people in the store only to realize she was doing something on her blackberry and ignoring me. I got so fed up I left. Elegant Rose Customer service is rude, especially the ownership. They do not take back clothes as trade in that were bought there. Very expensive. Clothes not in very good condition. I recommend you spend your hard earned money on new clothes
Elegant Rose Elegant Rose is another used/vintage clothing shop. They have a wide selection and trendy styles for women and young women. Salespeople are nice and quick to help you and answer your questions. The store was lovely.
seller to E. R. I sell new with tags cloths to Elegant Rose. The prices have always been fair and service was excellent.
Too bad⺠I also had a bad experience w/ trading clothes @ Elegant Rose. I gave the lady (I believe the owner) the benefit of the doubt, assuming she was having a bad day. I took in very nice, new clothes, some still tagged, & barely got a fraction of what I expected. The prices in the store are also kind of high.
