We recently had water damage due to an overflow of our sump pump in the basement. Elegant came in basically the next day and got started on the mitigation work. Gary, Jaime and the entire team did a fantastic job and were incredibly knowledgeable answering any questions and concerns throughout the job. Outstanding Emergency Response and Expert Guidance: A severe storm caused significant water damage to our home. Our contractor contacted a remediation company, and despite it being a Friday evening, they showed up last-minute with two trucks and a large team to assess the damage. It has been a wonderful experience working with everyone at Elegant. I had a fire at my home and they had to redo my entire house. I am overly thankful for the recommendation to use them. Their attention to detail is unmatched, customer service is remarkable. I absolutely love the work that they did, my house is beautiful. If I call them today with a question, they will respond. They make you feel like family.

If you have a water issue please don't hesitate to contact Elegant Restoration! I came home from vacation to a flooded basement. I called and they were there in less than an hour on the eve of 4th of July. They arrived around 5 p.m. and stayed until 10 p.m. They had multiple fans/dehumidifiers in the basement and came back 2 times to check the floors. Jamie and Cali (hope I got that right....lol) were amazing. They were professional, polite and showed great passion for their work.
