Elegant Restoration was very, very good to us. They were at our home 1.5 hours after we called them. They were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and very, very nice to work with. They answered all our questions so patiently. All of their work was completely and accurately documented for insurance purposes. Our adjuster made a comment about how neat and careful they were with our clean up, which made repairs much easier. I would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

We recently had significant water damage on our main floor and basement ceiling, and Elegant Restoration handled all of the insurance-related repairs. What truly set them apart was their commitment during a long and difficult process with the insurance company.
