Outstanding Emergency Response and Expert Guidance: A severe storm caused significant water damage to our home. It has been a wonderful experience working with everyone at Elegant. I had a fire at my home and they had to redo my entire house. I am overly thankful for the recommendation to use them. Their attention to detail is unmatched, customer service is remarkable. I absolutely love the work that they did, my house is beautiful. If I call them today with a question, they will respond. They make you feel like family.
If you have a water issue please don't hesitate to contact Elegant Restoration! I came home from vacation to a flooded basement. I called and they were there in less than an hour on the eve of 4th of July. They arrived around 5 p.m. and stayed until 10 p.m. They had multiple fans/dehumidifiers in the basement and came back 2 times to check the floors. Jamie and Cali (hope I got that right....lol) were amazing. They were professional, polite and showed great passion for their work.
