My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received from Elegant Restoration. From the time we called them about the water damage on the wall and flooring in our dining room, they were very professional and helpful with the details of what was going to take place to get everything done. They also helped out with our insurance company. Very fortunately we ended up not needing their services, but I just wanted to say that the gentleman that came out (twice) to the house was both professional and very pleasant. If ever we are in a circumstance where we need restoration help, we're calling Elegant Restoration again.
Contacted about water damage - took weeks to get someone out for an estimate. Finally *a month* after initial contact someone came out and they recommended ripping up an entire room of my house that other restoration companies said was totally fine and there was no reason to touch whatsoever. Said they would send me an estimate, only for the in-office worker to say she was going on PTO and that the estimate would take *at least* 14 days in order to get to me.
