Had shellac polish today. I don't get my nails done often, this was for a special occasion. They listened to my needs and answered my questions all before my appointment started. I have one nail in particular that is split down the middle all the way to the cuticle and hasn't taken shellac/gel well in the past. Their advice was helpful and they didn't try to up-sell me but rather did what was best for this nail.
