Love this place! They have a larger in store selection of tuxedos and suits than the Tux Emporium, and they let me try on everything and took measurements the same day I set up the rental! Very patient and helpful staff, these guys walked me through my options and helped me check my outfit before I walked out with anything. Their pricing is very competitive too, I got an entire ensemble for $119, will absolutely visit again. Thank you Elegant Penguin!
This place is awesome, they got me looking just how I wanted, even though my event was that day they were able to get me right , I recommend this place %100
Very great costumer service I had a last minute change and they covered it no problem and still was able to pick up the same time! Fit was perfect and staff were very respectful and classy. High recommend 10/10 service. They also let me practice my dance moves in the mirror free of charge to make sure I still got it.
Amazing customer service and last minute tux rental! I got a last minute invite to an event and tried other places for a tux rental but they couldn’t do it . Happened to come across Elegant Penguin and they got it done! Amazing staff and service. Will definitely be returning.
No empathy or apology when addressed an issue to owner. Having to change clothes in the middle of an important occasion was very inconvenient. Definitely not the experience expected and will never go back!!! RUDE people!
