Went to Elegant Penguin last minute for a suit for a supervisor position job interview and spoke to Louie the owner, quickly had me in and out with a suit ready to pick up in a few days, a few minutes after leaving I changed my mind and returned for a darker colored suit, no questions asked Louie helped me again, fitted me and was extremely nice, helping me get into a darker well fitted suit, and even waived my late return since I work out of town. Will be coming back for more suit rentals when I am in need.
The whole staff helped me quickly even when it was full of other people that suddenly arrived. They measured and adjusted my rental quick in and out easy peasy.
Louie from Elegant Penguin was amazing to work with! He was professional, reliable, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. His attention to detail and great attitude really stood out. I highly recommend him and the Elegant Penguin team for any event — they truly deliver top-notch service!

Been going here for years, literally and today was my fitting for my wedding. TY to the awesome staff (Luis) and the owner even sized me up himself. Highly recommend for price, selection, and service. Appreciate you guys taking the time for my groomsmen and even out of towners!
