We had an appointment, but they were understaffed. We got the deluxe pedicures. They barely scraped/sanded our feet, and they didn't even cut the toenails. We sat there between steps for a long time. The staff was friendly. The towels didn't look clean, and they grabbed the water circulator from one foot bath and put it in someone else's foot bath without cleaning it.
