Let me preface this by saying that I am a practicing nail tech myself. Been coming here for years but today I had the worst experience and will NOT be back. I got a regular mani/pedi which lasted about 30 minutes (yes for both). Wouldn’t be too big of an issue had it not felt super rushed. While cutting my cuticles on my hand, my cuticle was cut. I understand accidents happen and the lady did apologize but the kicker is…….
