I came for my usual manicure but the woman ( may have been a manager) who would not take no for an answer led me to a back room and proceeded to wax my face. Unfortunately she was so rough that she ripped some skin away from my jaw .. Thank goodness it finally started to heal . I should have firmly stopped her but I was startled and had no idea what she was going to do. It was obviously much more expensive than a simple manicure

The worst nail salon I’ve ever had experienced. Just moved to this area Bayview and I came from the west end so I need to find new nail salon to do my nails so went to this salon to have a refill on my nails but her name is Cathy who did my nail doesn’t know what to do. She did put too much gel so my nails are so thick and the tip part of my nail is so thin so if you can imagine how does it looks like but aside from that it’s bumpy and it’s not smooth. Don’t waste your time and money going to this salon.

It started out great and friendly…but they were very electric file happy and made my daughters nails so so short. Also only sanitized the nozzle with a quick spray of mystery liquid. Not very busy but then people started coming in and one lady was sharing 3 clients. Just didn’t feel like what we’re used to and my nails are still buzzing.

Popped in when it was empty and was taken right away. Slowest mani-pedi I’ve ever had and I had two women working on me. Steps seemed out of order, not very smooth. However, they were very kind and the massages were good

Kind, professional people! Be sure to ask for a neck massage as well as having your nails done!!
