Typical, dirty nail salon that expects you to pay for poor services and terrible worker attitudes. Appointment started off okay, staff gave us a friendly greeting. My mom, sister, niece and I were all getting pedicures. They start seating us and noticed one of the foot spas water wasn’t getting hot, so they moved me to the end. No big deal. They do good work. I've been there a handful of times when I come to Brantford. There's one employee, Ann or Anna, that I've gotten and didn't particularly enjoy the experience or the outcome of my nails. She made me bleed on 4 different fingers and kept telling me that what she did for my nails was exactly like the photo I was showing her that I wanted, but it wasn't even close.
