On Friday, May 21, I visited Elegant Nails for a manicure. I requested a French tip manicure. However, the nail technician neglected to clean my cuticles before completing the manicure. Despite this oversight, the nails did not appear noticeably damaged. However, by Sunday, while washing dishes, I noticed that my nails had already begun to chip. I was deeply disappointed and have decided that I will never return to this establishment.
