awesome customer service. my nails look great. the prices are awesome.
i came here for a pedicure one day, and i got the best pedicure ever at such a reasonable price! I was very impressed because they didn't rush on me and gave me the most cleanest toes polished to perfection verses many other nail salons i have gone to. i told all my friends about this place, and i always try to stop in here as much as possible during lunch break. come to this salon, i promise you'll be happy! :)
I just moved to Charlotte and I was looking for a nail salon, I happen to pass Elegant Nails one day, I went in hopeful looking to get a regular mani and pedi. I was greeted rather rudely. I got a pedicure, they didn't sanitize their tools, it was a rushed pedicure. I didn't even want them to do my manicure after. I'm not a hard person to please. But for 40 dollars I would expect my polish to not peel off after 3 days. All in all just a horrible experience.
