This was my second time at this establishment as I decided to try it again before leaving an honest review. I think the customer service definitely depends on the time you choose to come in and be serviced. The first time the tech rushed my nails so that she could leave and did a poor job on my nails, so much so they were chipping the next day. Love elegant in Redmill my favorite nail tech is Julie! always does an amazing job very detailed but fast! Always have great conversations and love seeing her! Some of my recent sets!🫶👏

Technician did not do a good job, too busy looking around at everyone else. Worrying about her next client. Would not go back.
