So gentle and kind! My grandma has diabetes and required some extra care and they made her feel special and well attended :) we will be back!!
Emily is amazing! She’s professional, detailed, and always makes sure my nails look perfect. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for quality work and a great experience!
Note: If you are a black woman or black man this salon is not for you. We visited and got a rush manicure which consisted pretty much nothing but a quick nail trim. The tech said we dont offer buff to shine for manicures.. imagine that... We decided to leave after horrible customer service and horrible client services. I’m disappointed to learn my bill for a set of nails inflated from $55 to $80 due to extras that weren’t asked for. I feel the technician preyed on my 15 year old daughter while I was away and gave her extra length ($5) and specific shape ($5) and chrome blue ($15) which was not communicated to her or me of the additional cost. So it was quite a surprise to check out with an $80 bill when I wasn’t expecting it.
