The tech got much too close on not one but two cuticles, too the point of causing pain. She then used acetone to remove a polish smudge! OUCH!!! I paid for a toe polish change that I should have done myself!
They took my gift card when I came in forgot to apply it then told me they couldn't refund my card and to come back...Not likely!
Great customer service! My husband and I both enjoyed their services!
