I got a quick appointment, that was good. The technician cut my cuticles several times causing me to bleed- my fingers still hurt. Go somewhere else.
I will never return to this salon. They have the worst customer service. When i entered the salon they acted as if I wasn't welcomed and barely wanted to assist me. Once in the back for my pedicure the technician barely spoke. Another technician the rudely came over and snatched my purse off of the chair next to me and proceed to say that it was against salon rules to place it there. Who has ever heardbof such craziness. Like other reviewers, I have gone to Elegant nails for a few years. I keep returning for several reasons: - Many other salons reek of chemicals. This one does not. - I have had sloppy pedicures in other salons where my toes have been gouged with tools, resulting in nicks and sore toes, never here - Theyre creative when it comes to repairing a broken nail - I have never had to wait longer than five minutes as a walk-in - Staff is pleasant and professional, and the prices are VERY competitive I have never had a bad experience ... read more
I have been going here for a few years now for waxing and threading. I find the service excellent and professional. Prices are also reasonable. Specific individuals do these particular services and it is better to make an appointment or be willing to wait if you walk in. Either is well worth it!

This is a great place! The staff is extremely professional, and they have created a great environment for relaxation. Unlike most other nail salons around Annapolis it is quiet, clean, has calm lighting, and doesn't stink of chemicals.
