If I can give a 0 star I would! This place is not sanitary at all.! I came in on a Sunday morning for a pedicure and the lady got upset cause I didn’t want any extra service they were offering. They did a rushed job and their tools were not inside the little blue sterilize packets! That should’ve been my sign to leave but I didn’t two days later my feet started to peel really bad. Big no no, I’m never the one who leaves bad reviews but this place is the worst nail salon I ever been in lol I was there for 3 hrs and my nails look so bad and they have the audacity to charge $70 😭
Really bad experience. I came in with nice even nails all she had to do was trim and new polish. I somehow came out with 2 completely different nail shapes, how??? Really bothers me I don’t want to pay to get it fixed now I have to wait 2 weeks for my nails to grow back. Plus she was digging into a hang nail she pulled the whole time, not a nice relaxing experience:(
I came here today at 2:30pm for a full set and a design that I saw. I was told that the worker that was doing my nails can do the design. She proceeded to match the nails and put the glue on top of the nail bed instead of on the back of the acrylic nail and then pressing it against the tip of my natural nail. That was red flag 1. I have had a couple issues now here with pedicures. They are rude. If they don’t want to be here then they need to find another job but it is very uncomfortable to sit in the chair when they are not happy. We shouldn’t come to pay for a service and they make comments or be rude for no reason. I am very disappointed. Only deal with CiCi or Tina if you do come here.
