I am a mover for Elegant mover's. I have been a mover for over 8 years and know most of the ends and outs of moving. A big difference you will get from choosing elegant movers as you moving choice is a owner and employees who actually care about you and you're belongings. From the way John the owner takes care of each customers needs and requests. He really goes above and beyond what I have seen any other moving company do. Owner indicates prior negative reviews were from a disgruntled ex-employee. That doesn't apply here. We were willing to look past them being over 3 hours late. And that their estimate of 4 hours to do the job became well over 8. But to charge us to take someone else's items off the truck, put ours on, put the other customers' back on the truck, then take theirs off at our destination in order to retrieve our goods was ridiculous. Awesome workers!! They went above and beyond for my wife and I. They even hung our pictures and our Tv's. Daniel and Jesus we're very hard workers and handled everything with care!
