We booked a couples massage but unfortunately didn’t have the relaxing experience we hoped for. The interior felt outdated, and there was a musty smell. Check-in was rushed, the room was warm, and no music or ambiance was set up. I had to ask for music, but communication was difficult since the staff didn’t speak English.
