I paid Elegant insight aka Rachel (owner) $1,000 to plan and execute wedding day preparations. My honest review is that I was not pleased with the service of planning or the execution. Rachel is an amazing wedding planner, and I recommend her to anyone who is currently looking for someone to help plan their special day. She is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, understanding, and above all, she truly cares about the bride and groom. Rachel helped me plan my wedding with 3 months notice. Unfortunately I have to cancel my wedding 45 days prior to the actual date. Throughout the process Rachel was incredibly considerate, proactive and thorough. She really took on an advisor role throughout the process and went beyond just execution of the tasks. I'm truly grateful for her support throughout the process. Would absolutely hire her again.
I worked with Rachel recently for an elopement wedding day and she was AMAZING from start to finish! Communicative, punctual and so kind and easy going from the start. Hands down the best planner/coordinator I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She made the couple feel at ease and stress free as they planned and executed such a special and important day.
