Stay away from this contractor. My husband and I signed a contract with Elegant Homes of Texas and a 6 month project turned into 13 months and we were still left with an incomplete shell though we had paid 95% of contract amount. Many excuses, bookkeeping errors and failure to communicate has left many people in this persons wake. Please check all Kerrville area lumber/building supply stores and ask them about this contractor before signing. They and the county clerks office will reveal many, like us, who have lost so much.
This contractor installed some vinyl peel and stick planks at our home. Not only were the planks defective, and the installers and owner never noticed, but the installation was incorrect. Guidelines for installation of this product over wood floors were not followed resulting in the planks peeling up.
