The rent has increased a lot since the owners from California bought this park. Before (Previous local owner) Michelle sold the park to them, she maintained it round the clock, now they threaten you with fees for everything, if you pick up your leaves or debris, they are only supposed to be put out two days of the week, then they never come pick them up on those two days and then you are supposed to bring them back in or be fined. Quaint mobile home park nestled in the pines. Roomy lots, friendly neighbors, nicely run and maintained, and not far from the beaches!
