Incredibly rushed crappy haircut
I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I clearly requested a specific hair stylist, but the manager completely disregarded my request and subtly pressured me into letting a trainee cut my hair instead. I didn’t feel like I had much of a choice in the moment, and unfortunately, I regret going along with it. The result was a very bad haircut that I had to spend $100 elsewhere to fix. The older hairdresser doesn’t listen to customers, he cut my hair way too short and one side is thinner than the other, he had to keep trimming to match them but my hair end up too short, I’m very mad with the result.
