Customer service is key for me. I walked in they told me it was by appointment only. The vibes were totally off. The lady working didn’t even offer to book an appointment for me She was extremely rude and not welcoming. I walked out crying and went to another shop. Wedding planning can be exteremly overwhelming and it’s important to have people who are willing to be helpful and kind.

I cannot say enough good about Mary. She made my day shopping for my perfect wedding gown fun, uplifting, and stress free. From the moment we walked in until the purchase of my dream dress, she was nothing but warm and welcoming.
Literally the best shop ever. So personal and have the best dresses. If you want an actual bridal try on experience I highly recommend here. They treat you like family and don’t rush or pressure you at all!!! 10/10
