I brought in a bracelet to clean and about a week or so later my bracelet started tarnishing i WILL NEVER BRING jewelry there again that bracelet was a 50th birthday gift from my mom horrible no wonder they only charged $10
Worst hospitality service ever ! The staff named May was very bad, while we were choosing the wedding ring she was pushing us to select and they promised if we don’t like the design that can be changed in couple of weeks but they denied to change the rings . Almost I spend 4000$ in this store by purchasing other jewelry too . Hospitality was bad by May and very rude .
I love this store especially May ! Very professional and ravishing fellas (May &Daan) I do recommend visiting this place!
They are nice staff..if you have problem about your jewellery they check it right away without charges.. this shop is soo excellent..
