It takes forever to pick up a Door , there are lots of people working but no body cares about the customers . Takes like one hour waiting after the paperwork has been given .
I had a problem with the glass cracking on my garage door. That led to a negative review, which led to a conversation with a general manager. I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and see how this is resolved.
