San Antonio has a real furrier?? YES! – I was introduced to this place by Kraft Cleaners. I needed a suede jacket cleaned and they recommended Elegant Furs. I was surprised there was even a furrier in town. I had no idea! I actually had a fur that needed some care so I took my suede jacket first and after I saw they did an awesome job, I brought my fur to them. Slooooooowwwww service & charged for repairs not made After a month or so, I called several times for progress on the cleaning, conditioning & lining repair of my leather jacket. Staff didn't know anything about it & didn't return calls. Six weeks after drop off, got a return call & was told it was ready. I asked about the lining repair & waited another 2 weeks for notification. Cristina called to say it was completed. Although I was charged $15 for it the lining wasn't repaired. But the outside looks almost new.
Worst Customer Service – They take over 2 weeks to clean your coat and then fail to tell you when it's ready. So you wait for over two weeks for your coat, when it has been ready for most of the time. They then are jerks who don't listen to your complaints and then say that they will call back and never do.

We are sorry you had a bad experience with us last winter. Since then, we have hired someone new and haven't had any similar complaints so we hope you would be willing to give us another chance to clean your leather garments.
