Amazing arrangements and great very kind service
I would never use this shop again! I took a silk arrangement in to have it refreshed. First of all, I took it in the week before Mother's Day and was promised to have it the following week. After calling and going by the shop numerous times (it was always closed during "shop hours") I was finally able to pick it up on June 4th. Greenery that was disintegrating was left in the arrangement and MAYBE $5 worth of foliage and flowers were added. Not even close to what I ordered. No email or call to communicate. For the price your better off with safeway flowers.
Ordered flowers for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day that were supposed to look like the first photo and the red flowers were what was delivered. Nowhere near the same style or value and very embarrassing. I understand inventories can get limited but this is unacceptable. If you can’t do something well, communicate about it instead of delivering something inferior.
