Hi, I’ve been coming to your salon for eyebrow threading for years and have always trusted your service. Unfortunately, my experience yesterday was really disappointing. My eyebrows have been severely over-plucked and are now very thin and sparse. Even the thickest part at the top has been taken away, and there are noticeable patchy areas. Very terrible paid so much money for poor service eyebrow are terrible what a waste of time and money, won’t ever use your services again and would never recommend anyone to come there.
I am writing to formally warn you about your current payment practices. It has come to my attention that you are paying workers in cash, particularly on Saturdays and Sundays, and that you are not paying them the correct legal pay rates, including applicable weekend penalty rates. This is a serious breach of Australian workplace laws, including the Fair Work Act 2009, which requires: All employees to be paid at least the minimum award wage for their role. If I could give no stars I would. Went in to get my eyebrows waxed and tinted. Never again I've lost all trust in people after this. It's like she wasn't even looking at what she was doing! So unprofessional!! And I'm so angry!!
