TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN. Got myself threading for eyebrows and lips when shop is quiet. But from the get go, the lady was dismissive, abrupt, impatient, totally unprofessional at the counter, talking while looking past me. I have been a regular customer for over 18 months - today I went for a brow and tint. When I told her what I wanted, she actually eye-rolled - as I said I don’t want it too dark. The eye brows threading treatment was so rushed, I still have hair left behind, the therapist was in such a hurry and didn’t care. I have never had it really hurt in the past, but today was painful - she was just ripping the hair out without care. I do not recommend at all I had gone in for a lash lift and lash tint my first time here was amazing yesterday I went back and results are upsetting she dropped the price to 22 dollars but that was not my problem it was the fact I have to walk around with my eyes nowhere looking the same she tried to cover her self saying it was because my eyes are sensitive but this has never ever happened to me then says she will put more glue on then after she had done that she says this is why i don’t do lift and tint together but nothin... read more
