Love the door!! We also had side windows installed to match the door. Jeff was great!! He is the owner. The first time, the door was the wrong one, and he had to reorder. It was a special order, which Jeff did not charge me any extra. They came out today and my wife and I are so excited looking at the door and side windows! WOW!! Outstanding product and customer service. Jeff (owner) was incredibly personable and professional while placing our order. We were so impressed with the selections and how we were able to customize our door. We selected the "Catalina" with exposed vented iron and a copper vein finish. Then we added the "rain" glass option. Manuel and Luis did an outstanding job with the removal and installation. It only took them about an hour from start to finish. This a great company to work with. I had full-size glass conversions done on the front doors. Jeff and his crew are very professional and punctual. They arrived on time and the job was done very well. The price was also as expected. No hidden surprises after the job was complete. In addition, I had a minor issue with the door lock after the job was done, but Jeff sent another installer out the same day to ensure it was corrected. Highly recommend!
We have done a number of updates on the house since moving in. This one fundamentally changes the curb appeal of our home. Manuel and Jeff took great care of us. Helped with some design challenges and was able to beat our expectation while meeting their estimate with no last minute surprise charges. Let the pictures do the talking.
