Robert Giannetti's company Elegant Edge, prepared an incredible Caribbean menu for us aboard The Yacht Anita Dee in Chicago. The red snapper in spicy-sour sancocho broth was artfully presented with sweet potato, plantain, and avocado. The Steel Band playing while our guests cruised the skyline of Chicago. The Mahi-mahi with apple, cucumber, and caper salad served with the tomato-verbena gazpacho was excellent. "Thank you"
One of the finest Catering operations I've had the pleasure to work with. When The Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson visited Chicago for one of her many charitable events. Elegant Edge was the talk of the event, Sarah personally introduced Mr. Giannetti (Owner) to her guests. The service was impeccable and the food looked like art on a plate. A lot of people talk about what they can do - Elegant Edge Distinctive Catering ? Walks the Walk!!!
