EXCELLENT emergency visit. I was in a LOT of pain and following the x-ray, the dentist told me I had a raging infection and prescribed antibiotics & pain killers. I NEVER would have survived that night without them so thank God he suggested it! I was also thoroughly informed of follow up options once the infection is gone. I am SO GRATEFUL that this dentist exists - I’ve spent a lot of time with my cancer journey in Southdale Medical Bldg so it Sortof felt like “home”…
Had a painful infection on my gums. I called Monday and able to get in on Wednesday. The good news is I don't need a crown or anything on the bridge. The bad news is it is deep and it may not heal in a week. I've got a referral if that's the case.
Such a great experience. From the front desk staff, to my tech (Tod?), to Dr. A, everyone went above and beyond to create a friendly and welcoming environment. They were knowledgeable and answered my questions patiently. I had insurance questions that required some calls and they took care of that for me; and even followed up with me same day which I didn’t expect. Prompt and reliable, easy to schedule an appointment. Just overall so great.
