From the day I first walked in, the front desk staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. They made a great first impression with their warm and professional demeanor. Dr. Medhi and his dental assistant was knowledgeable. After reviewing my X-rays, he recommended a plan that was different from what I originally thought I needed. I truly appreciated his expertise. As a 58 year old woman, afraid of going to the dentist, Elegant Dental Center is one of the best dental offices I have ever been too. Dr. Medhi is kind, extremely patient, knowledgeable and has a good sense of humor - especially when delivering the bad news about my old teeth. Miss Ana gave an amazing polishing after my cleaning and Miss Cinthia at the front desk was so nice and professional. My insurance covers two routine checkups with cleanings per year. This dentist did not clean my teeth as part of the checkup but still billed my insurance for it, then told me I could get a "deep cleaning" if I wanted but would have to pay extra/out of pocket. Told me that a "polishing" is the same as a regular cleaning (I've never had another dentist claim this).
