I booked the day prior and asked to be with Tammy. I ended up being with someone else. I don't know her name but she was from Latin America. I know it was not Tammy since my husband went there 1 week ago and had his haircut with Tammy and was extremely satisfied. The girl who attended me did not wash my hair first of all. At the end, she used quickly the hairdryer (my hair was still wet). Then I asked her, could you please use the roll to make my hair straight to which she replied "we don't do that here". I have long hair and I like to keep the length. This place is great for a trim that will not break the bank. The staff is very nice and not pushy at all.
