I received excellent service at Elegant Collision Center. They explained every step, communicated with my insurance company and they even set up the rental car reservation. Anthony dropped me off at the Enterprise Rental and when I picked up my car he returned the rental car to Enterprise for me. I'm very grateful for the service that they provided. They also went above and beyond by ensuring my car was spotless inside and out when I picked it up. I recommend them 100%.

I was in a car accident and went to another insurance approved collision center. They had the estimate for over 6 weeks trying to get go-ahead approval for the additional cost. After such a long time and terrible runaround, I went to Elegant to see if they would be able to get the ball moving faster. They got approval the next day and set me up for a car rental.
