Spoke to Jerry and he was very personable and professional on the phone. I needed a ride from Tarrytown to JFK for 6 people and our luggage. The rate I was given was very reasonable and it included tolls. Jerry arrived a few minutes early and patiently waited for everyone in the group to arrive. He helped load the luggage and, shortly after driving away, he had no problem turning around so one in the group could pick up something she left at home. We recently used Elegant Limo for a trip to JFK airport in January 2023. Jerry was punctual and very friendly. We needed him at 5:30 AM the day after New Year's Day and he was ready. On our return trip the baggage was delayed by over an hour which means we kept him waiting outside. He did not complain at all and show no signs of impatience. He has my highest recommendation. Recently booked a trip to the airport to travel for the holidays. My driver, Jerry, arrived on time and got me to the airport with time to spare. Super professional, clean, offered me water and phone charger, and a great driver overall, 100% recommend!!

I highly recommend their car service. I have been using them for a long time and my experience is always excellent. Very clean car, spacious, and the driver is always very accommodating. 10/10!

Very clean and comfortable ride every time I chose elegant. They are always on time & get you to your destination as fast and as comfortable as possible. The drivers are very professional and knowledgeable of different routes when it comes to beating traffic which is a must when you’re in a rush to the airport. I have used elegant for about 3 years now and will continue to chose them every time.
