I love this. Alice the designer is flawless in here creations. She has the whole Barbie collection for the Barbie girls. 🤯💯💋👑💗
Staff is professional, helpful and very nice. Beautiful store and excellent quality products.
The staff is extremely professional and friendly... They definitely changed the game on Steinway st!!!
When altered and asked to make it shorter - dress was cut with a pair of scissors which led to ripped stitches after trying on dress the first time - poor alterations. Even if alterations were free it should have been altered as if it was paid for and i was not even told that you had the option to pay for alterations. Store was closed - gates shut on a business day (12-8) and later opened at 6/7pm.
