I used Frank for many years and he didn't want to return a couple doors and re stock them even though they were untouched as we ordered the wrong doors. His excuse was they would be sitting on the shelf again. Not happy. Will not be using them for next projects. 1 star.
I experienced great customer service from point of sale to the delivery . The sales person was extremely helpful and guided me through the product range and pricing. When I received my door delivery I expected the driver to drop the products off in front of the house as it’s a construction site and most drivers only deliver to the gate. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised when the driver offered to take the doors into the house and even more surprised when he offered to take the doors upstairs if needed. 5 stars from ... read more
