I came today when they first opened and I believe it was the owner who greeted me and did my brows. She was very nice and personable. She asked me how I’d like my brows and I allowed her to do a shape flattering to my face. She also kept them thick, as requested because my eyebrows are naturally that way and so many places just chop them off and make them thin— I really appreciate that. I used to drive all the way to Pasadena but she’s cheaper and closer!
I just moved to this area and I am a little hesitant about getting my eyebrows done, but I am extremely happy with my service

I came here with my daughter because of the great reviews. Sad to say it was not a good experience. We asked to shape, make brows thinner along with light tint. After we were done they had us looking liking angry birds. Instead of taking responsibility they blames us for not communicating what we wanted. As they redid the eyebrows and we communicated what we wanted, I still had to stand over the tech and explain, and ask to reduce the size and tint on brows.
