Top 3 worst hennas I’ve ever gotten and it’s not 3 or 2 HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Messed my henna up multiple times and proceeded to tell me she’s not a professional… got home and the henna is already fading off like I’ve had it for days but I only got it a few hours prior. I came back to ask them to fix it or give my money back they refused. They said it’s not their fault it’s the hennas quality. So they have no problem using a low quality thing for their customers. Employees were rude and unhygienic. The first time I came here when it first opened the ladies were very nice and friendly, but today, these new employees looked like they hated their life. The one who took care of my brows didn’t tell me where to sit until I sat down at the “wrong chair” and told me to move to the seat closest to her… but actually she didn't even TELL me to move she just waved her arms to the “right” chair. I came here to get my eyebrows threaded and had a bad experience. I needed to get my eyebrows cleaned up before Christmas so I stopped by this place inside HEB. Running on little rest and battling a migraine, I sat down on the sofa provided for customers and waited for my turn. l asked for a combination of short and medium-sized lash extensions, a service they hadn't attempted before, but the result was excellent on me. I was very pleased with the natural and simple effect. Well recommended!
