The manager with the blonde hair at the Elegant Beauty Supply on Hiawasse in Orlando Fl. was very aggressive and loud towards the customers (consistent behavior). The minute you walked through the door and even from outside you could hear her bellowing. At one point she was screaming that "she couldn't wait to get to the beach." If she didn't want to work on this fine Easter Sunday maybe she should have stayed home and started her beach excursion early.
