To be honest the lady we saw was absolutely rude with no customer service skills. My daughter and friend came to get their eye brows threaded and when one of the girls wanted to do a split payment she was told by the lady that's to much trouble. Totally felt unwelcomed and no thankyou for us to come to the shop. I told the worker exactly what i said in my review and we won't be back.
Prabh is absolutely amazing. She is extremely professional and takes a lot of pride in her work. I will never go elsewhere for my lash extensions or threading. Very highly recommended. 10/10
